Terms of Sale

Payment Details Payment is to be made in full prior to shipping. I will accept payments on orders greater then $1500 up to four months at this time. I will be expanding this in the near future. Late payments or no payments are subject to termination of sale agreement and payments made are nonrefundable. If you are going to be a few days late on payment let me know in advance. Otherwise I will assume you are forfeiting your payment plans and your purchase. You could be further rejected for future payment options as well. Personal checks must clear the bank before your shipment can take place. I do accept Pay-pal payments and payment can be made by credit card through Pay-pal as well. I don't except Western Union. I will not except a check for more then the amount of the animal or item you are purchasing. If you are going to try and scam me just don't waist your time I have herd it all before. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred into credit towards future purchases. I will not ship in temps lower then 35 degrees or in highs above 100degrees. I ship Monday-Wednesdays so if your order is placed on a Friday shipment will not occur until the following Monday. I will guarantee live arrival on any animal I ship if you receive a animal that is D.O.A. I will need pictures sent to me within twenty-four hours from time of delivery. If the animal you receive is sick or or otherwise unhealthy I will ask that you return the animal and a replacement can be made within the first four days. I do not cover carriers errors that is out of my hands. Group pricing is available just contact me we can work something out.
